a) The titleholder regardless of nationality
b) 5 places assigned for ACBC players
c) 2 places assigned for AMECC players
d) 6 places assigned for CPB players
e) 13 places assigned for CEB players
f) 2 places assigned for the organizing federation.
g) 2 places assigned for the organizing confederation.
h) 1 place assigned for UMB

For point e):
The order of the places for CEB-players is the order of the nations
of the result of the last European Championships, so 13 places goes to:
one place for the actual European Champion Baris Cin, then:
T - F - E - NL - GER - A - B - HU ... (then one place for other nations IT?, GR?...)
then again beginning with T - F - E - NL - GER

In the case ACBC, AMECC and CPB do not use all their places the reserves fom CEB are:
A - B - HU - T - F - E - NL - GER - A - B - HU ...
